FUEL is committed to supporting the wellbeing of our changemaker community, offering programming and grants designed to nurture emotional, communal, vocational and financial wellness, co-created with our community to meet their unique needs.

Our
Offerings

 

Our uniquely designed programs were crafted with our community's needs in mind. We offer a range of initiatives, from wellness-focused projects to financial series and coaching, continually refining and adapting our events based on feedback and outcomes. Additionally, we provide one-off events and series, allowing our community to stay engaged, connected, and inspired.

Storytelling is a powerful tool for self-reflection. Stories have transformative power, to understand our assumptions, beliefs, values and motivations. Tremendous personal insight can be found in understanding the impact of how we tell our own story.

Unsinkable and FUEL hosted a storytelling session where young changemakers worked to understand the impact of their own story. Through an interactive storytelling process, participants were supported to unearth the story they tell about themselves.

Reimagining
Your
Story

 

The FUEL Tech-free retreat was a transformative 2-day journey, immersing 8 changemakers in nature, self-reflection and meaningful connection. 

​

Our retreat highlighted the importance of balance in utilizing technology for productivity and progress, while recognizing the value of disconnecting and rejuvenating. By finding this balance, we can focus on what truly matters, cultivate mindful habits and nurture a healthier relationship with our digital lives. It was an important reminder that sometimes, disconnecting is the best way to reconnect.

FUEL Retreat:
Unplug & Unwind

 

Our Treks + Talks series was a great way to soak up the fall vibes while chatting about wellness on some of Toronto's most scenic trails. We visited three local parks for relaxed community walks, exploring new wellness practices related to emotional health, moving our bodies, taking in the fresh air, and chilling in the company of others.
